30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Return

For a successful return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn/Unused: The item must show no signs of wear, use, or damage.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, bags, tags, and labels, must be intact and included.
  • Complete: All accessories, manuals, and parts originally included with the item must be returned.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  4. Please do not send your item back to June at 3671 Meadow Drive, Oklahoma City, OK, US without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number, as it may delay your refund.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing Times

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the stated period, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
